He could ... but why is he still out there scheduling rallies and at least giving the impression that he's fighting? If he were a black hat, I'd think that he'd just make some inconsequential statements, and head back out and party with the elites. Instead, he seems to be at Mar a Lago all of the time ... almost like he has holed himself up for the most part because something might happen.
