This is barely, BARELY related at all... But since this story is so weird already... That's the same spot Major Briggs' weird marking appears in s02 of Twin Peaks. I mention this in passing because Twin Peaks is chock full of child trafficking, Satanic witchcraft, UFO / FBI / CIA and Freemason innuendo. If someone else hadn't mentioned it, I was going to let it slide. But it looks exactly the same.
