The lighting on joe and Carter's wife give it away as fake. The lights on joe come from straight ahead, as show by the glare on his forehead. The lights on Carter's wife come from above, as shown by glare on her lap facing the ceiling. 2 different light sources for 2 different pictures cropped together.
