This is exactly the type of cuck that obama promoted after shit canning 400 flag rank officers during his term in office. It's this sort of idiocy that is going to kill our military. His job isn't to promote this crap, it's to put together the finest warriors available to fight and win wars. This man's ideas are anathema to that goal.
