The actual video (which I've only seen once and have no idea where to find, apologies) is 100 times worse than this still, imo. He basically manhandles the kid like a sadist out of nowhere. Just pulls him in and "chokes him out." Honestly on par with his girl diddling videos - definitely more outward evil.
