This story originates with a group that call themselves the International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State, ITCCS and has been making similar claims for years.

Their credibility, as yet is unproven.

PS I just looked further. This "tribunal" is the creation of one man. Quite a different picture between what rationalwiki says about him

Kevin provides a lot of links to check on. I'm not going to bother to see how many circular references and other cranks are in them. He may well be a survivor of abuse. I know several who are as anxious, confused, and paranoid as any MK Ultra exoeriment.
