They only THINK they have to walk a fine line but they do not. Here in Washington State, businesses with balls who said “we have not been given legal enforcement authority for these mandates and therefore we can not be held responsible for enforcing them” never heard from L&I again.

It is bullshit. Grow some balls, people.
