I'm not sure about Trump's role, to be honest, but he definitely saved us from 2-3 years of lockdowns while the "vaccines" went through trials and became licensed. The economy took a beating for basically a different flu virus and a couple more years of lockdowns would've been disastrous.
Also, by states opening back up, our legislatures can be more active and hopefully prevent the 2020 election fraud from happening again - at least in those swing states, which would guarantee a MAGA victory, but only if we have an energizing candidate in three years.
It's a false dichotomy to say either vaccines or lockdowns. The lockdowns led people to accept the vaccines.
Trump fed into the bogus "cases" narrative using faulty PCR tests, which lent credence to lockdowns, masks, vaccines, vaccine passports, RFID chips, etc. to begin with.
