is qalerts.net the same site as qalerts.app?

You can tell because post 4952 was actually on 11/12, not 11/13 like this page says.

also what? all 4 sites i know of say 11/13 qanon.pub, qalerts.app, qagg.news, qposts.online unless is it daylight savings swapping between EST and EDT or something?
