It really looks like Maricopa is going to open a dam, but what does this mean? Is there any legal precedent?
Let's leave aside the presidential race. I don't think there is any legal precedent there for a stolen election, or, if there is, it certainly goes back a ways. What about the congressional elections and other elections? Would this mean special elections, or just swapping the people out, or what? Any lawfags out there with sauce?
well it has never happened before, if they come out and show that instead of 10-100 vote difference (has happened before) there are suddenly 50k-100k it will be the first time something like that has ever happened
I do not believe there is any legal precedent for how to correct such blatant cheating but in a perfect world they figure out the source of the cheating and be rid of the vote for everything the source had their hand in which would inevitably null the whole election
This is correct. The constitution always assumed some level of gov’t would be there to insure accountability. In this case, there is none or very little and it’s my belief that the military may be the only option to force an accurate vote. Autists with more knowledge can correct me.
Not for POTUS.
It has happened for other elected positions.
Judges in those cases either ruled the election null and void or appointed the true winner.
