It really looks like Maricopa is going to open a dam, but what does this mean? Is there any legal precedent?
Let's leave aside the presidential race. I don't think there is any legal precedent there for a stolen election, or, if there is, it certainly goes back a ways. What about the congressional elections and other elections? Would this mean special elections, or just swapping the people out, or what? Any lawfags out there with sauce?
Typically the courts try to stay clear of political issues. Keeping that in mind this scenario could be possible. Curious to hear others thoughts.
State Legislatures decertify fraudulent results and certify the true results, including down ballot races.
States control their Congressional and Senate elections. They remove fraudulently elected members and send the truly elected members to Washington.
Control of House and Senate flip to Republicans with comfortable margins.
State Legislatures plus Citizens demand Presidential Election is decertified and true results are certified. They cave to popular pressure and do it. Biden is removed and President Trump is reinstated.

Dems file lawsuits, but courts do not take them up on technicalities cited in earlier cases.
Also seems that Pence letter on January 6th, could come into play. That’s just a complete hunch. Between President Trump saying it would take more courage for Pence to do nothing and the way the letter was worded, it seems connected.
I like #1 and would love it if we could go back a few years and get rid of our governor here in New Mexico!
