It really looks like Maricopa is going to open a dam, but what does this mean? Is there any legal precedent?
Let's leave aside the presidential race. I don't think there is any legal precedent there for a stolen election, or, if there is, it certainly goes back a ways. What about the congressional elections and other elections? Would this mean special elections, or just swapping the people out, or what? Any lawfags out there with sauce?
The short 2nd term is how Trump will end up with a 3rd term. Lord knows he'd have my vote again.
The way it is now the Constitution says a person can be president for 10 years under the right conditions.
