It really looks like Maricopa is going to open a dam, but what does this mean? Is there any legal precedent?
Let's leave aside the presidential race. I don't think there is any legal precedent there for a stolen election, or, if there is, it certainly goes back a ways. What about the congressional elections and other elections? Would this mean special elections, or just swapping the people out, or what? Any lawfags out there with sauce?
Not really. Intentionally defrauding an election in a single county is actually sufficient to disqualify a candidate and hand the entire election to the opponent who got the most votes without cheating.
But yes the more the merrier!
