I thought I was reading something that you could take to fight off the protein spike it it does occur. Do you have any info about that on particular? I don't think it was vitamin D, but some supplements maybe?

If VAX people can shed, then, why do they want basically everyone in the World to be VAXXED? I still think there is something very nefarious about the VAX the Elite don't want you to know about! I still think there's a Marker of some sort in the VAX! I'm certainly not getting VAXXED!
Well, from increasing evidence, a proportion of the population is getting something in their arms that causes a magnet to stick.
I question the whole shedding thing. I think it's just more bullshit to divide and terrify people. Pray for the White Light of God's holy protection to fill your body and mind and strengthen your own incredible immune system. Take lots of vitamin c. And 2 vitamin d, every day. (Critically important for you body's hardworking line of defense) You are, and will be, ok.
I personally had an experience with the transmission or spike protein. Had a friend staying with us and got his first shot Pfizer and in about 2 days while breastfeeding my nipples got extremely sore where I had to bite my hand everytime the baby latched. I have 4 children who I breastfeed so I know this was not normal. I then started getting strong cramps. This went on for over a week and when my guest left within 3 days the cramping stopped and the painful breastfeeding. It was a horrible experience and having experienced this first hand I can't speak for others but I would believe their stories. Sorry for being graphic but just had to share this and people should take precautions at least for a month with those that get vaccinated
Don't be so quick to discount what you don't want to be true, especially when there's evidence and science behind it. Mother of a friend of our son's got a shot and we didn't know, now she's suffering terribly and we're sick for the first time in years, though we've never stopped living normally and mask-free.
I did not take any covid vaccine. I went to the dentist 3 days ago and coming home I developed a small cold (sore throat, runny nose) felt better after 3 days. Although now my forehead and chest are slightly magnetic! I think I am a victim of vaccine shedding.
