It's what Jenna didn't say. Let me take a stab at this. If Trump signed the Insurrection Act before leaving office as I'm seeing bandied about, that means the military in in control, right? They could make Trump Acting President until a new election is held. Given the court cases that need decided about Dominion and the new security things that need worked out, it could take awhile until a new election is held...say November of 2024? Then Trump runs again and wins bigly. Thus he gets between 11 and 12 years as President because I doubt there was a point he didn't have it.
