I think wording matters. Just the minimal for us.

You can tell a place that really means it by how over the top they went.

It would be funny to have another sign nearby that has flags and something about "we don't care/do whatever you want". If the first sign is enforced by harassholes, the second is not. There's no rule or law governing what you can put on your own window ?
