I listened to the video clip and what I heard was:
The comma is significant. Of course Flynn didn't say 'comma', but someone ask why can't it happen here and it sounded like fly was agreeing by saying:
then a pause, then he said:
But then thegatewaypundit reported that Flynn said:
Which is the same phrase minus the comma, but totally different meaning.
There's no reason it shouldn't happen here.
