If you are still having issues check the impellers. They rot out fast and most engines wont turn over if they are fouled.
It seems electrical. I had it turn over half way and die. All the high-current electrical systems are out. It’s like a fuse blew or something but I’m not seeing it.
ouch. I hate chasing wiring.
Ditto. At least it still floats.
