He misses something important at the end with the cannons. They're not firing 5 second intervals, they're actually firing in 9 second intervals which is exactly one more second than is allowed. (3 to 8 seconds are the intervals allowed)

Xiden had a 19 gun salute with 2/3 cannons and not the 21 gun salute with 3/4 cannons.

19 Gun salute (as I read online, I am not military) is for a FOREIGN Head of State or the active Vice President.

I get a bit doomy sometimes, but when i think of this event, it was done on purpose by our military and cannot be explained away as a fluke.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, anyone who is more familiar with this issue.
