Did you even watch the clip you linked to? FFS, the wreath is already on the stand. Resident Pedo Biden did not place it there.
I have watched every link provided...to the end, but it's apparent you did not. The wreath, on the stand is carried by both Pres and military [Pres. walking forward/military walking backward to the tomb].
NO where in the video did the Resident pick up or was helped to take the wreath to the stand. YOU did not watch the clip.
