I’ve seen multiple farmers in the flyover states talking about how the government is going to farmers and offering them 1.5x the value of their crops if they destroy the crops.
In Nebraska they are trying to take millions of acres of farmland for “climate change” purposes. The people are refusing to sell but due to eminent domain the government could succeed.
This coincides with China and Bill Gates both buying up massive amounts of land in the United States.
The question is why they want all these shortages
There's always a somewhat plausible explanation to get it past normies. But let's use critical thinking here.
Do we think generational farmers are stupid and don't know how to rotate crops to maximize yield?
How much land, exactly, could be left "uncultivated" before it affects supply & demand?
This practice already exists in the form of the horrible corn subsidies. The govt pays farmers to NOT plant other food, instead planting corn which mostly feeds cattle (which should only be grazing on grass), goes to make ethanol, and harmful food additives like HCFS.
Just think about the logic. Biden wants US to pay farmers ... for not growing food. Okay. I made the point this is already happening with corn subsidies, that they're paying farmers essentially to grow oil and poison. So this is more of that. Paying farmers to not grow food. They're just masking it with flowery language.
