Aside from the fact that Frank is a sham, the message is true.

There are even exceptions to God's law (God is above His own guidelines). When David and crew entered the temple and ate the showbread, it was highly unlawful but the Lord let it slide simply because they were hungry.

Some laws are just, most are not.
