The EEOC does NOT supersede Federal and State Law... which prohibits forcing people to take an experimental (non-FDA approved) vaccine or drug.

The EEOC's opinion will be worthless in a court of law. Class action lawsuits against all employers requiring the experimental vaccine, as a condition of employment, should proceed. The employees will win.
