We're already seeing enough data that prove #3 and #4 are shit in your example.

We've heard reports of saline being given out at some pharmacies and rumors that the MIL replaced some batches with saline but outside that, unsure.

I think it's a mix of #1 and 2 based on the data we're seeing.
