Obviously, I wasn't there so it's hard to be completely objective, but if they truly cancelled your membership and made you leave the store because you weren't wearing a mask, then yes, I do believe they were in the wrong. And who is going to label you a money grubbing faker? I have not heard of ONE person who has sued and become a multi millionaire. If they are out there, I don't know. But even if I did hear of that I'd be glad that the liberty-restricting business was sued and lost. As for what amount of $ it would cost you, like I said, there are attorneys who are itching to take this type of case pro bono (without charging you anything.) They are liberty loving people and it's possible they also want to make a name for themselves. Who cares as long as they have the Constitution and Bill of Rights on their / your side. At least look into it. A lot of these "Constitutional lawyers" would probably be willing to have a meeting with you (even over the phone) to hear your story and see if they believe you have a case - free of charge. Seems like it would be worth it to at least look into it a bit. I hope you'll keep us posted.
