How is this okay? Its literally discrimination... Im very distraught and dont know if there is anything that can be done about them treating people like this...

Excellent. Good for you and thank you for telling me. It's good to know your options. You don't have to move forward on a lawsuit if you ultimately decide you don't want to. But having the relevant information will make it easier for you to determine your way forward. Honestly, I can't believe what some businesses have been getting away with. It might be harder for little mom and pop shops to know all the intricacies of law (still no excuse) but a big company / corporation like this has zero excuse. ZERO. So good luck as always and again, please keep us informed. We are rooting for you.
