Putin and Lavrov are both ten times smarter than Biden and have zero respect for him. If Biden tries to give the Russians a load of shit about human rights, he's going to get right back in the face. And Putin will do it in such a way he'll be too stupid to realize it, I love it when Putin eviscerates US idiots like Fareed Zakaria, Megyn Kelly, and soon ...Mr Potato Head. Can't wait.
