Page 2287 asking why smoking wasn't being considered a co-morbidity back then and proposing a connection between high mortality rates in China and Italy where smoking is a lot more prevalent compared to other countries like how it is a common co-morbidity in other pulmonary infections like the flu and bacterial pneumonia.
