AIDS is not naturally occurring. The WHO helped develop it as a method of depopulation.

when this HIV-like spike turned up, I had a feeling that Fauci still never gave up his dream of conquering AIDS. He would have to have something to test vaccines and treatments on.

Wasn't this mentioned by that Chinese Virologist woman who defected to the USA? I think she mentioned something along the lines of while also being developed for military reasons, another application that was explored was the creation of an HIV/AIDS vaccine, if memory serves.
