The Pharmacy is pricing a bottle of insulin at $200 and it only lasts about 4 days for her. Help?

Get dog insulin from the vet. It’s the same stuff but just priced differently for dogs. Or you can order it from Canada and it’s 90% off the price, but then you would be a Communist.
