I'm sure nobody will mind if I do a little grammar-naziing to this one...

"...not really effective in keeping out virus..." should say 'viruses' or 'any virus' etc....

"...provide some slight benefit in keep out gross droplets..." should say 'keeping' instead of 'keep'...

"...going to a vey low risk location..." should say 'very' instead of 'vey'...

And you shouldn't put a comma in between two full sentences. Use a period and separate your ideas- "Your instincts are correct, money is best spent..." for example. That is all. Good luck in prison.
