I have experience with them too, and in this case being technical with the language of their rules, the OP can use it against them if they have the will to fight.

You misunderstood, I'm not complaining. Just that I would weigh my odds before risking my home when you might actually be starting off in the wrong.
Just like I said how costco, as a private club, has more leeway to make rules than the Walmart, so the softer targets are the walmart's or similar.

I'm not trying to dissuade people from taking up fights, but rather to make sure they are effective when they do.
