FOIA - Freedom Of iInformation Act - I'm not sure who applied and got it though. I heard a news station but not sure.

FOIA Zerohedge I believe, after they got banned off Twatter. I may be wrong tho so check.

Edit: Just read somewhere else it was via Judicial Watch which is most likely.
