The ear canal shape change. Homie didn't look like he had just gone under the knife for plastic surgery.
He was recorded on his island standing by a vehicle talking to the help via drone after his meme blew up.

That makes me think bad guys because good guys would have had him in protective custody / witness protection program. Not just slap an ankle monitor on him and let him fly back to pedo island.
