I think the "payment" of a cheeseburger, doughnut, lottery ticket or beer in exchange for you taking the experimental "vaccine" does erode your rights to hold anyone liable.

After all... you became a prostitute in exchange for a doughnut.
Rather than trading sex for cash... you traded your healthy immune system.

Prostitutes don't have much standing to sue for damages.
