That's a good point and I considered that, and I had already signed up at /alerts so I checked my email but couldn't find it in there or in the spam box.

Also it seems like someone would have mentioned they received it in their email by now if that were the case, so perhaps it was a media-only email Trump statement and we are supposed to take the media's word for it?

The statements just seem suspicious without a verified source.
