Yes that happens a lot I work for a major railroad see this multiple times a year worst thing bout it all is our union the teamsters support the democrats.

Military transporting equipment by rail is common... however some carts with no engine attacked isn't, which just also happens to be blocking a crossing.

I don't see the Military just leaving these, unattended, blocking some random road...
