Thanks. that's very useful info. I have certainly heard how good for you cider vinegar can be, but I didn't know it works for reflux.
In this case the antacids were for my burning esophagus and throat due to the constant reflux connected with the disease. I don't normally have any gastric issues.
Low stomach acid (hydrochloric acid) is often caused by lack of salt (sodium chloride).
As you don't eat meat, you could be lacking magnesium, K2 and B vitamins. Really, you should get your blood checked rather than guessing. But bear in mind that the "normal minimum" tends to be lower than you actually need for a healthy immune system so aim for the highest levels.
None of your symptoms seem to be related to Covid. My symptoms were fever, myalgia (muscle aches), joint aches, headache, slightly runny nose, lack of energy, loss of taste for a week and a slight cough for two weeks. I did not have any noticeable breathing problems, however, and I had no loss of appetite (but had to add chilli powder to everything because of loss of taste!)
The symptoms of SARS-2 coronavirus are very variable, I think they depend on how ACE2 receptors are distributed in an individual. Lots of people have GI issues and lots of people have breathing difficulties.
I had quite a few of the many listed possible symptoms (I know this is an NHS list)
I supplement magnesium (separate tablet) , and K2 and B vitamins in my multivitamins. I know they may be less bioavailable, but I don't think I am at all deficient these days, although, maybe I used to be before I started paying attention.
Next time this happens, (and I hope it doesn't), I'd suggest taking Ivermectin. I did after I got spiked by a recently injected friend and got better instantly. My symptoms weren't nearly as bad as yours, but I clearly had an immune response to an injected person.
I've bought some ivermectin, I had it imported from California to the UK. 5 tubes of apple flavor ivermectin for horses.
I've taken a dose too, just after I recovered. I know that one dose does not cause me any trouble or interact with my other medication so I'll take it straight away if I have any more issues which I think are to do with spike proteins.
I'll be able to say that I have taken it if I offer it to anyone else.
Do you happen have any idea how long people might shed significantly for? I have a friend who wants to know for her business.

Could you tell me what your immune response was?
