I have a friend that was working NEADS on 9/11, plane watching as usual. There was a training thing going on that involved a plane hitting a building. It got all confused when they were informed the training thing was over and now there was a real plane hitting a real building. So, it looks like the CIA or someone else very evil did this to sow confusion.
