I'd rather not take approach it as such a simple dichotomy (this or that). Would you rather take brussel sprouts now or for dessert? Uh.. How bout no brussel sprouts at all?

How bout we promote therapeutics like India is doing with Ivermectin? If Trump didn't cancel the commission on vaccine safety after his meeting with Bill Gates, the vaccines would never have even been on the table as an option.
