YouTube partially down? Can't access comment sections, load some videos and oftentimes I'm being told I'm "offline" but I'm not.

I've been keeping getting messages saying I'm offline. Checked everything else, i.e. pinging to some sites, loading some sites, tracerouting and ran Speedtest.net and everything's great.

Apparently it's YouTube being partially down and I'm seeing on several "Down Detectors" saying they have similar issues as I am having with being "offline".

Anyone experiencing this as well? This has been going on pretty much all day so is this going to lead to something bigger soon?
