Not saying this is definitely nothing, but if there was a covert military operation occurring on the 7th in DC, wouldn’t they not want to telegraph that ahead of time? Just save that excuse for when it’s already underway?

Exactly. It’s about as crazy as a it would be if there were military flight exercises planned for 9/11.
