Looks like it says River Bandits. Minor league team in Davenport, Iowa. Quad City River Bandits. Modern Woodman Field. I used to play for them in Cardinals organization when they were there.

Side note. The best restaurant I’ve ever eaten at is there. Duck City Bistro!
