Well it said the guy he was replacing was confirmed by congress to takeover troops in korea so maybe trump appointed flynn before he left and hes just now being confirmed? Either way, it definitely seems weird for him to be commanding our pacific forces with xiden in the white house. This is probably one of the most telling bits of information that something is going on we aren't privy to.
