I say this all the time! People went to work, shopping etc. with the flu all the time! They didnt care about granny then when the flu takes out a lot of the older population!

It was considered heroic to work through an illness. It was considered wimpy and lazy to call in sick.

One of the good things that this so called pandemic is that you can call in sick without a threat from your boss to suck it up and work or else.
