Keep in mind that a POTUS (yes, Trump IS still POTUS) is on a lanyard or has a short quick-grab tether every time you see him in public. Secret Service need to be able to pull him back or move him quickly at any time. He often either has a body and waist harness on.

How do you hide that?

One possible solution is to wear the pants backwards... and have the fly unzipped in the back. In case of emergency, Secret Service has easy access to the handle of the body lanyard.
