So they can use that money to buy children on the dark web and not be traced and not money launder

Common misconception. Bitcoin is easier to trace than cash. You still have to launder crypto if you're going to use it for illegal transactions without getting caught.

The biggest difference is that it is less effort to launder crypto than cash.
