The top ten richest black Americans make approximately $10.05 billion dollars (looking at you, Oprah, Jay-Z, Beyonce). Approximately 360,000 Union personnel lost their lives in the Civil War. The super rich black Americans could donate less than half of their wealth while paying the oldest descendant of the Union dead around $150,000 for their sacrifices for black American's freedom and still be very wealthy. I support reparations.
