I think you may be right, but it serves two purposes!
Truth to people
Weed out the hackers! They are most likely CIA and connected black hats! Perhaps even foreign actors/contractors for CIA black ops! This could be huge and more exposing and draining the global CIA-Cabal swamp!
and possibly a third purpose;
A warning signal to corrupt DS players; politicians, judges, agency officials, state/local officials of the up and coming legal ramifications. That they 'better get on board' with the law to their part in the election steal or else face the consequences!

Wouldn't it be so awesome if U.S. military stormed CIA headquarters and hauled off hundreds of them to be charged with treason!
