I just got off the phone with my dad, he told me he ran into his old doctor and stopped to have a chat. My dad brings up the vaccine and asks if the Dr is gonna take it, his response:
"If they bring out a safe one I will. AZ forget it, Moderna causes terrible things to you and J&J is terrible for women. They could also all end up goving you cancer in 2 years, nobody knows."
This is great for me because my father's in remission and Ive been trying hard to convince him and the rest of my family not to get it. So far hes held out but hes been guilt-tripped and nudged by a lot of people around him.
Having this confirmarion from a doctor is so vindicating.
The only doctor I know got one of the 2-dose injections early on, and the fact that he had no bad side effects (so far) is proof for him that the injections are safe, so he promotes it to others as no big deal, without any regard to the fact that he may just be one of the lucky ones (so far).
